KPS Quality Associate

About the role

The KPS Quality Associate ensures that Ferrero’s quality standards and protocols are consistently applied by vendors that produce surprise items and packaging. The role involves supervising toy manufacturing at supplier sites, identifying process deviations, and performing pre‑dispatch inspections of finished goods.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise suppliers to guarantee adherence to Ferrero quality guidelines for surprises and packaging.
• Coordinate daily inspections and supervision activities with the line supervisor at supplier factories.
• Conduct process supervisions, report non‑conformities, and provide feedback to reduce internal rejection rates.
• Maintain final inspection records and manage data in SAP and PLM systems.
• Perform new‑development toy testing and communicate test results to the line supervisor.

Required profile

• Graduation or post‑graduation in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar quality‑control role or in FMCG.
• Understanding of injection‑moulding process defects and basic knowledge of polymers.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to achieve timely results.

Required skills

• SAP – creating and releasing inspection lots.
• PLM – data management for final inspections.
• Knowledge of injection‑moulding process defects.
• Basic polymer science knowledge.
