About the role

We are looking for a Kitchen Stewarding Attendant to join our team at Hyatt Pune. In this role you will ensure a clean and sanitary environment in the kitchen and stewarding areas while delivering consistent, high-quality service to internal customers.

Key responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen and stewarding zones.
Wash, clean and sanitize all operating equipment, kitchen utensils and cookware.
Stock and organize kitchen supplies and tools to support smooth operations.
Assist in waste segregation and disposal following hotel policies.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean equipment.

Required profile

Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices.
1–2 years of experience as a steward in a hotel or restaurant with good standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

Understanding of kitchen hygiene standards.
