About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Kitchen Helpers to join our school food service team. You will prepare and cook meals that meet menu plans and dietary requirements while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to set menus and specific dietary needs.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in the kitchen.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and keep accurate records of food stocks and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a cook or kitchen assistant in an educational or institutional setting.
- Food safety certification is a plus.
