Key Account Manager – Premium Tile Solutions

About the role

The Key Account Manager will lead business development for a premium tile collection, focusing on architects, interior designers and specifiers in Hyderabad. You will build long‑term relationships, secure specifications for luxury residential, hospitality and commercial projects, and drive revenue growth for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and manage key architects, interior designers and developers for project‑based sales.
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with top‑tier architecture firms to become the preferred brand for premium tiles.
• Track project pipelines, ensure seamless execution from specification to order fulfillment, and achieve sales targets.
• Present and promote tile solutions for high‑end projects, collaborating with internal teams to guarantee timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and market demands to refine sales strategies.
• Participate in design community events, trade shows and exhibitions, delivering product knowledge sessions.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in key account management or project sales within building materials or premium interiors.
• Strong network within the architecture and interior design community.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage complex accounts.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software such as Zoho CRM.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Strategic thinking and ability to develop long‑term account plans.
• Solid understanding of technical specifications for premium surfaces.
