Key Account Manager

About the role

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing long‑term relationships with our most important healthcare clients. Working closely with the Head of Operations, you will drive revenue growth and ensure the seamless delivery of our AI‑powered remote health monitoring solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to increase revenue within existing accounts.
• Design and execute on‑ground promotional activities such as events, trade shows, and product demonstrations.
• Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments while ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
• Proactively resolve client issues by coordinating with internal teams.
• Gather and share client feedback to influence product enhancements and business strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of account management or sales experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.
