Key Account Manager

About the role

The Key Account Manager will act as the single point of contact for our most important customers, ensuring strong, long‑term relationships and driving growth within the existing portfolio. You will coordinate internal teams to guarantee smooth order execution and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop assigned key customer accounts.
• Serve as the primary contact for all customer‑related activities.
• Transform enquiries into commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Oversee order execution from receipt through dispatch and delivery.
• Communicate timelines, costs, quality, HSE, and delivery schedules effectively.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless project and order fulfilment.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, account expansion, and revenue growth.
• Monitor account performance and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account or strategic account management.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments.
