Key Account Manager – Ecommerce (International Business)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Key Account Manager to join our International Ecommerce Business team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on driving growth with international ecommerce partners, managing end‑to‑end account activities and delivering data‑driven business strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with international ecommerce partners and marketplaces.
• Own end‑to‑end account management, including sales, operations, promotions and performance tracking.
• Analyze business performance using data‑driven insights to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, supply chain, operations, finance) to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to spot growth opportunities.
• Ensure effective stakeholder management across internal and external teams.
• Drive operational excellence and support initiatives for category and revenue growth.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager, preferably in ecommerce.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic, international business environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and other analytical tools.
