Key Account Manager – Channel Sales

About the role

The Key Account Manager will develop, maintain and expand strategic relationships with high‑value wholesale channel partners across Punjab. This position drives B2B revenue and market penetration by creating and executing robust channel sales strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed primary sales targets (sales to channel partners) and secondary targets (partner sales to end‑customers).
• Design and implement annual and quarterly business plans for each key partner, outlining growth, product focus and market expansion.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard new high‑potential distributors, super stockists and other wholesale partners.
• Promote full product portfolio penetration within key accounts and their downstream networks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for senior management at key accounts.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing schemes and contracts to ensure profitability.
• Provide accurate weekly/monthly forecasts, market intelligence and pipeline reports using CRM tools.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Logistics to guarantee timely order fulfillment and inventory management.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Training teams to equip partners with product knowledge and sales tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B channel sales and key account management.
• Strong track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to conduct regular business reviews and develop corrective action plans.
• Comfort working with CRM systems and generating detailed sales reports.
