About the role
The Key Account Manager will drive B2B sales for Airtel’s enterprise portfolio across major Indian cities. This 100% field‑sales position focuses on acquiring new corporate customers and expanding relationships with existing accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Sell Airtel’s Data, Voice, Broadband, Cloud, Fixed Line, and other enterprise solutions.
- Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Upsell and cross‑sell to existing accounts to maximize revenue.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate timely delivery of solutions and post‑sales support.
Required profile
- Graduate with at least 1 year of field‑sales experience.
- Experience in Telecom, IT, Software/SaaS, Internet, Cloud, Networking, or Technology sales is preferred.
- Strong client‑relationship building skills and a results‑driven mindset.
Required skills
- Knowledge of telecom products.
- Understanding of enterprise connectivity.
- Familiarity with cloud solutions.
