Junior Support Executive – Immediate Joiner

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Support Executive to join our Delhi team. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates who want to start a career in the IT/software sector and receive comprehensive training on our products.

Key responsibilities

• Complete structured training to understand the software suite.
• Provide phone, email, and remote assistance to clients facing technical issues.
• Analyse client queries, resolve them when possible, or escalate to the technical team.
• Guide customers through basic troubleshooting steps and usage instructions.
• Maintain accurate logs of interactions and resolutions.
• Ensure timely, professional support to achieve high client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a BA or B.Com degree; technical degrees are not eligible.
• Freshers only – no prior work experience required.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office.
• Positive attitude, patience and a customer‑focused mindset.
