Junior Site Supervisor

About the role

The Junior Site Supervisor will work full‑time on‑site in Coimbatore, supporting day‑to‑day construction activities. You will help ensure that work is performed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards while coordinating with workers, contractors and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations, monitor attendance and allocate tasks.
• Check that materials, tools and equipment meet project specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain basic site documentation, reports and records.
• Report progress and any site issues to senior supervisors or project managers.
• Assist in resolving operational problems and support the implementation of company policies on‑site.

Required profile

• Strong coordination and supervision abilities, with a focus on task allocation and schedule adherence.
• Basic knowledge of safety practices and site compliance requirements.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with workers, contractors and internal teams.
• Attention to detail in maintaining simple records and documentation.
• Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to escalate issues appropriately.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Coimbatore and adapt to changing project needs.
• Preferred: Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or relevant supervisory experience.
