Architect (Junior/Senior) – Coimbatore & Manamadurai

About the role

We are seeking motivated architects to join our design and project team in Coimbatore and Manamadurai. The role involves preparing architectural drawings, design presentations, technical details and supporting site coordination under senior guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, working and detail drawings.
• Assist in concept design, space planning, layout development and presentation preparation.
• Create 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or similar tools.
• Support the production of drawings for approvals, client presentations, construction and site execution.
• Coordinate with civil engineers, project engineers, site supervisors, consultants and vendors.
• Visit project sites to verify conditions, measurements and support execution.
• Prepare material, door/window schedules, area statements and basic BOQ support.
• Revise drawings based on feedback from senior architects, clients or consultants.
• Maintain drawing documentation, file organization and version control.
• Research materials, construction techniques, sustainable design options and architectural references.

Required profile

• Creative and practical mindset with interest in sustainable architecture and real‑world construction.
• Willingness to work closely with site teams and follow clear instructions.
• Attention to detail, disciplined in drawing standards, file naming and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop or MS Office (advantageous).
• Ability to read architectural, structural and service drawings.
• Basic understanding of building materials, construction methods and local building rules.
