Junior Civil Engineer

About the role

The Junior Civil Engineer will support the design, development, and maintenance of construction projects including buildings, roads, bridges, and other infrastructure. The role combines office‑based technical work with on‑site supervision to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to align site activities with project plans and timelines.
• Supervise day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring work follows approved drawings, methodologies, and safety standards.
• Verify contractor bills, conduct joint measurements, and assist in preparing engineering calculations and cost estimates.
• Monitor quality control processes, including material testing, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and organizational documentation practices.

Required profile

• B.E. in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design and visualization software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Familiarity with engineering drafting and modeling tools.
• Ability to interpret and prepare technical drawings using design software.
