Junior Architect

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Architect to join our Pune division. The role is full‑time and on‑site, supporting the design and execution of building and infrastructure projects from concept through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural drawings, plans and 3D models using Revit and other design tools.
• Prepare and revise design documentation to meet project requirements, local regulations and safety standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors and consultants to integrate architectural, structural and MEP inputs.
• Participate in site visits to monitor progress and verify that construction follows the approved design.
• Assist in client meetings, gather requirements, contribute to material selection and support project presentations and reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent accredited qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in architectural design.
• Understanding of local building codes and construction practices in India or willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong visual, spatial and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills for on‑site and office collaboration.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit.
• Experience using 3De Max.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD.
• Basic knowledge of SketchUp or similar 3D modeling tools.
