Junior Architect – End-to-End Project Ownership

About the role

Rubix is seeking a motivated architect to lead projects from initial site visits through final punch‑list completion. You will work closely with a small, collaborative team and have direct access to the founders, allowing you to shape designs across residential, hospitality, retail, and corporate sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site measurements and produce existing‑condition drawings.
• Develop design concepts and create presentation drawings.
• Prepare execution drawings and site instruction sheets.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors throughout the build phase.
• Maintain project documentation and deliver clear presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Required profile

• Based in Mumbai and able to attend site visits as needed.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in architecture or interior design.
• Demonstrated ability to follow through on tasks and manage projects independently.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive work ethic.
