Junior Architect – Design & Project Management

About the role

Risara Properties, a fast‑growing real‑estate developer in Goa, is looking for a Junior Architect to join its Panaji office. This full‑time, on‑site position will support the design and delivery of luxury residential projects, ensuring they meet the company’s high standards of aesthetics, functionality and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and detailed design drawings for residential projects.
• Coordinate project timelines, resources and documentation as part of project management duties.
• Assist in software development and integration tasks related to design workflows.
• Apply sustainable design principles to create environmentally responsible solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Interest in sustainable design practices.

Required skills
