Project Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of construction projects, ensuring they meet approved time, cost, quality, safety and contractual requirements. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives efficiently and in line with specifications and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall planning and execution of construction projects from start‑up to handover, developing execution strategies, methodologies and schedules.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams (civil, structural, architectural, MEP, finishing, etc.) and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and statutory authorities.
• Monitor project progress against baseline programmes, identify delays, and implement corrective or recovery actions.
• Control project costs, review cash‑flow, budgets and forecasts, and work with commercial teams on variations, claims and payments.
• Ensure timely mobilisation of manpower, materials, equipment and subcontractors, and approve detailed work programmes and look‑ahead schedules.
• Oversee quality management, ensuring works comply with drawings, specifications, codes and QA/QC plans, and close non‑conformances.
• Facilitate regular project review meetings, resolve technical, contractual and site issues, and maintain effective communication across all functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading construction projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong ability to monitor and control project costs, schedules and quality.
• Effective coordination with clients, consultants, contractors and regulatory bodies.
