IT Team Lead – Identity & Access Management

About the role

The IT Team Lead will head the Identity and Access Management (IAM) function for Bosch's Coimbatore software centre. You will ensure secure user provisioning, maintain compliance, and drive incident resolution following ITIL best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of IAM specialists, fostering a collaborative, high‑performance environment.
• Oversee provisioning, modification, and de‑activation of user accounts and access permissions, applying the principle of least privilege.
• Manage incident response and resolution in line with ITIL processes.
• Conduct regular access reviews and quality audits to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the IAM team and other business units, communicating access‑management updates and requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in Identity and Access Management or a closely related field.
• Proven ability to lead and develop technical teams.
