Software Lifecycle Requirements Analyst

About the role

The role focuses on gathering, analyzing, and managing software lifecycle requirements for Bosch's global software projects. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure requirements are clear, testable, and traceable throughout the development process.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and clarify customer requirements through discussions, reviews, and documentation.
• Translate customer needs into complete, consistent, and testable system requirements using IBM DOORS.
• Maintain requirements in DOORS, handling creation, structuring, attributes, baselines, version control, and status tracking.
• Establish traceability links between requirements, design, implementation, test cases, and verification results.
• Conduct reviews and quality checks to identify and resolve gaps, ambiguities, and inconsistencies.
• Manage change requests, perform impact analysis, coordinate stakeholders, and update baselines.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, testers, and project teams to ensure proper implementation and verification.

Required profile

• MCA or equivalent degree in Computer Applications.
• 7‑9 years of experience in requirements management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation abilities.

Required skills
