IT Support Engineer – Deskside Support (Jhajjar, Haryana)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, customer‑focused IT Support Engineer to provide onsite technical assistance for desktops, laptops, printers and basic network infrastructure in Jhajjar, Haryana. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and ensuring compliance with IT policies.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers and peripheral devices.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and Office Suite.
• Perform hardware installation, upgrades, repairs and break‑fix activities.
• Deploy and image laptops and desktops following enterprise standards.
• Manage user accounts, password resets and Active Directory administration.
• Handle incidents and service requests using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third‑party vendors for issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot wired and wireless network connectivity and basic LAN/WAN issues.

Required profile

• Strong troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work Monday‑Saturday schedule.
