IT Support Engineer – Onsite Technical Support

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, customer‑focused IT Support Engineer to deliver onsite technical assistance to end‑users in Jhajjar, Haryana. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software and basic network issues across desktops, laptops, printers and other peripherals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers and peripheral devices.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and Office Suite.
• Perform hardware installation, upgrades, repairs and break‑fix activities.
• Deploy and image laptops and desktops following enterprise procedures.
• Manage user accounts, password resets and Active Directory administration, including Azure AD and MFA.
• Handle incidents and service requests using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Diagnose and resolve basic networking issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi, LAN/WAN).
• Coordinate with internal teams and third‑party vendors for issue resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in enterprise IT support.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Familiarity with basic networking concepts and hardware troubleshooting.

What we offer

• Full‑time permanent position with a salary up to ₹30,000 per month.
• Work schedule: Monday to Saturday (6 days).
