IT Support Engineer – Onsite Help Desk

About the role

We are seeking a proactive IT Support Engineer to deliver onsite technical assistance for end‑users in Jhajjar. The role focuses on maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and basic network infrastructure while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office Suite.
• Perform hardware installation, upgrades, repairs, and break‑fix activities.
• Deploy and image laptops and desktops following enterprise standards.
• Manage user accounts, password resets, and Active Directory administration.
• Handle incidents and service requests using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third‑party vendors for issue resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in desktop/onsite support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
