International Sales Telecaller (B2C) – Delhi

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic International Sales Telecaller (B2C) to engage prospective customers across global markets. The role involves cold‑calling, educational counselling, and converting inquiries into enrollments while meeting monthly revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to international prospects and generate new business opportunities.
• Make outbound calls to leads and guide students on courses, training programs, certifications, and career paths.
• Present and promote company services and educational offerings effectively.
• Follow up leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to drive conversions.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Handle objections professionally and close sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Build long‑term relationships with students and clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support.
• Stay updated on company offerings, pricing, and promotional campaigns.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–4 years of experience in international B2C sales, educational counselling, telecalling, or inside sales.
• Experience in education, training, beauty, wellness, or luxury services is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication in English with a neutral accent.
• Target‑driven mindset with proven ability to meet sales goals.
