International Recruitment Specialist – USA & Canada

About the role

We are looking for an International Recruitment Specialist to source and engage qualified candidates from the United States and Canada for remote positions. You will work closely with our hiring managers and training team to build a strong pipeline of international talent.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source candidates in the USA and Canada using LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, referrals and talent databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial outreach and assess candidate fit.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with the training team.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
• Continuously improve sourcing strategies and contribute to hiring performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Proven experience sourcing candidates for the USA and/or Canada.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, organized and target‑oriented.
