Internal Auditor

About the role

The Internal Auditor will join Real Boosting Consulting in Jaipur on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will be responsible for evaluating and strengthening the company’s internal controls, risk management, and compliance frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and document financial and operational audits across all business units.
• Review accounting records, transaction flows, and business processes for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify control gaps, assess policy effectiveness, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare clear audit reports with findings, risk assessments, and actionable recommendations.
• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate audit insights to senior management and relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related field; professional certifications such as CA, CMA or CIA are a plus.
• Experience in internal auditing, risk management or compliance, preferably within consulting, marketing or service‑based firms.
• Strong attention to detail, high integrity, and ability to work independently while handling multiple audits.
