Internal Audit & IFC Specialist (2-3 yrs Experience)

About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented professional to join a leading Big 4 firm as an Internal Audit and Internal Financial Controls (IFC) specialist. The role is based onsite in Lanjigarh, Odisha and requires 2–3 years of relevant experience.
Key responsibilities
- Perform internal audit and IFC testing across core business processes.
- Execute walkthroughs, control testing, and prepare audit documentation.
- Identify control gaps, process inefficiencies, and risk exposures.
- Assist in risk assessments and reviews of P2P, O2C, and R2R cycles.
- Prepare audit reports, workpapers, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely remediation of audit findings.
Required profile
- CA or CMA qualification (preferred).
- 2–3 years of experience in internal audit or IFC.
- Willingness to work full‑time onsite in Lanjigarh.
Required skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience with reporting tools for audit documentation.
