About the role
We are seeking energetic Inside Sales Executives to engage with student leads, understand their educational aspirations, and guide them through the counselling and admission process. This position offers direct exposure to the full sales cycle within the education sector.
Key responsibilities
- Connect with student leads generated from digital campaigns and events.
- Assess student requirements, career goals, and preferences.
- Provide guidance to students and parents on courses, colleges, and admission procedures.
- Drive conversions from lead to counselling, application, and admission support.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with a consultative approach.
- Maintain consistent follow‑ups and nurture relationships with leads.
- Update CRM regularly and track lead status.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to improve conversion outcomes.
Required profile
- Minimum MBA qualification.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; Bengali is a plus.
- Strong interest in sales, counselling, or the education domain.
- Confident, presentable, and result‑oriented.
- Basic understanding of customer handling or a sales mindset.
