Industrial Electrician – Pharmaceutical Plant

About the role

Raks Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a qualified Electrician to join its manufacturing facility in Bharuch. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems that support pharmaceutical production, ensuring reliable power distribution, lighting, and machinery operation.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair power distribution, lighting, control panels, and machinery wiring.
• Diagnose electrical faults and perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to minimise downtime.
• Document all work performed and support energy‑efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety codes, lockout/tagout procedures, and company standards.

Required profile

• Technical diploma, ITI or equivalent certification in an electrical trade.
• Experience in industrial or plant environments, preferably pharmaceutical or chemical plants.
• Strong knowledge of local electrical codes and safety practices.
• Ability to work in shifts and respond to urgent breakdowns.
• Good teamwork and communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
