Industrial Electrician

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Electrician with 2‑5 years of hands‑on experience in industrial, commercial or manufacturing environments. The successful candidate will ensure reliable operation of electrical systems through installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.

Key responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain and repair electrical systems, wiring, panels, motors and related equipment.
• Diagnose electrical faults and perform effective troubleshooting to minimise downtime.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on all electrical assets.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
• Install and maintain lighting systems, control panels, switches, circuit breakers and other components.
• Test electrical systems using appropriate instruments and measuring tools.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Required profile

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of proven experience as an electrician in an industrial, commercial or manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, motors, control panels and power distribution.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with electrical testing instruments and diagnostic tools.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards and preventive maintenance practices.
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
