Import-Export Executive

About the role

An import-export executive is sought in Hinjewadi, Pune, with 3-4 years of relevant experience. The role covers import-export documentation, MIS reporting and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to keep international trade operations running smoothly. EcoVadis certification exposure is an added advantage. The position is full time, on site.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, verify and maintain import-export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping documents and customs paperwork.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, vendors and logistics partners.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery while staying compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Generate and maintain MIS reports for management review and keep transaction records up to date.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and international trade regulations.
• Support sustainability and compliance initiatives, including EcoVadis documentation and audits where applicable.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance and Operations teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in import-export operations.
• Strong knowledge of import-export documentation and procedures.
• Good communication and coordination skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Preferred: EcoVadis knowledge or experience, ERP familiarity and trade management software.

Pay is stated as 300,000 to 350,000 rupees per year. Applicants are asked about their years of experience, hands-on documentation and MIS experience, ERP use, current and expected CTC and notice period.
