Customer Service Representative - Supply Chain

About the role

Envalior, a new materials company combining DSM Engineering Materials and LANXESS High Performance Materials, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join its commercial team in Pune. The role covers end-to-end customer service, order processing and coordination with finance, demand planning and export documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to customers and receive, process and execute orders accurately and on time, in line with company policy
• Consolidate short-term forecasts and orders from customers and distributors and submit them to the demand chain planner
• Coordinate with Finance on overdue accounts before dispatch planning
• Log complaints in the CRM, send confirmation and 8D reports, and keep customers informed
• Monitor FG inventory levels at warehouses and follow up orders against customer forecasts
• Complete export documentation, coordinate with customs agents and forwarders, and track proof of export and LC documents
• Drive CSL implementation with customers
• In SAP: manage customer sales prices, process sales orders, debit/credit notes and returns (checking availability, allocation and credit limits), enter orders on the back order list, prepare order confirmations and dispatch details, and monitor order status
• Initiate workflows in PANDA and SharePoint for creating and changing customer masters and material codes

Required profile

• Commerce graduate with post-graduation in Business Management, Sales/Marketing or International Trade
• 3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain, specialising in customer service or planning
• Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Required skills

• Good knowledge of ERP systems, specifically SAP SD module
• CRM usage for complaints and orders
