Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead the HR function at Hyatt Regency Kochi, ensuring alignment with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service to employees, guests, and owners while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Personnel Department within the Human Resources Division.
• Implement Hyatt’s People Philosophy across all hotel functions.
• Develop and enforce HR policies that meet corporate standards and local regulations.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management processes.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate with department heads to align staffing needs with business objectives.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in Human Resources Management, HR Development, Hospitality, or Tourism Management.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Human Resources Manager or Personnel Manager.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and excellent administrative skills.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
