Recruiter – International Talent Acquisition

About the role

Astra International HR Consultancy is seeking a Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities for both international and domestic clients from its Kochi office. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process while ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through multiple channels and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate client interviews.
• Prepare and post job advertisements, manage candidate databases, and ensure accurate recruitment documentation.
• Negotiate offers, support onboarding, and maintain continuous communication with candidates and client stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements, market mapping, and talent pipeline development across GCC and European markets.

Required profile

• Strong experience in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, job portals, and professional networking platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse regions and cultures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications are a plus.
• Prior agency or international recruitment experience, especially in GCC and Europe, is preferred.
