Human Resources Manager – Corporate HR

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, people‑oriented HR Manager to join our Corporate HR team. The role will support and coordinate HR functions across the organisation, working closely with property‑level HR teams and corporate leadership to ensure effective implementation of HR processes, policies and people initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor HR processes across properties and corporate functions, ensuring implementation of policies and guidelines.
• Support recruitment and manpower planning for key and critical positions, monitor vacancies and participate in interviews.
• Assist unit HR teams with employee relations, grievance handling and promote positive engagement.
• Oversee performance management processes, including probation, reviews, promotions and transfers.
• Develop, review and implement HR policies, SOPs and identify process improvements.
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives with L&D teams and monitor programme effectiveness.
• Ensure statutory compliance with labour laws, maintain records and liaise with consultants.
• Prepare HR MIS reports, analyse manpower, attrition and present data to senior management.
• Drive employee engagement programmes and support corporate HR projects and new property pre‑opening initiatives.

Required profile

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
• 6–10 years of relevant HR experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in multi‑unit or corporate HR.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of HR operations and processes.
• Understanding of hospitality HR practices and labour law compliance.
• Experience in employee relations, grievance handling and recruitment planning.
• Proficiency in HR MIS reporting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
