Human Resources Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Executive to lead core HR functions for Coitonic, a fast‑growing activewear brand in India. The role will drive talent acquisition, manage employee lifecycle processes and support a high‑performance culture as the company scales across multiple e‑commerce platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding new talent.
• Maintain employee documentation, attendance, leave records and coordinate payroll.
• Implement and monitor HR policies, ensuring compliance with ESIC, PF and other labour laws.
• Support performance appraisal cycles and employee development initiatives.
• Prepare and update HR MIS reports and employee records.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and handle grievance management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or fashion/e‑commerce environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws and HRMS tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, growing setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel.
• Experience with Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with HRMS tools.
