Core Technical Recruiter – ServiceNow Hiring Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Core Technical Recruiter who specializes in ServiceNow talent acquisition. Based in Jaipur/Noida, you will partner with business leaders and hiring managers to build high‑performing ServiceNow teams that drive our growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for ServiceNow positions, from requisition to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define talent needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Source, engage, and assess candidates through multiple channels, ensuring a superior candidate experience.
• Manage offer negotiations, discussions, and onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide market insights and talent intelligence to stakeholders.
• Conduct campus hiring for entry‑level ServiceNow roles.

Required profile

• 4–10 years of IT recruitment experience with a strong focus on ServiceNow hiring.
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem, key technologies, roles, and market dynamics.
• Proven success in closing niche and hard‑to‑fill technology positions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, consultative, and results‑oriented approach to talent acquisition.
