About the role

AvyahCorp is a fast‑growing FMCG startup looking for a dynamic Human Resources Manager to shape its people strategy. You will work directly with the founder to build a fun, inclusive culture while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, attract and onboard top talent, providing them with growth opportunities.
• Drive high‑quality performance through clear expectations and cultural reinforcement.
• Handle employee grievances and conflicts with discipline and care.
• Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with Indian labor laws.
• Coordinate payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.
• Support learning & development programs and career‑growth planning.
• Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and analytics dashboards.
• Oversee smooth exit formalities and conduct exit interviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
• In‑depth knowledge of Indian labor law and HR best practices.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth startup environment.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of HRMS/HRIS platforms.
• Experience with HR analytics and dashboard creation.
