About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for our Infrastructure division. The position is based in Bangalore and focuses on hiring talent for the construction sector. The role requires a proactive approach to attract qualified candidates and manage the full hiring process.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the complete recruitment cycle for infrastructure and construction positions, from job posting to offer acceptance.
Required profile
- Prior experience recruiting within the construction sector.
- Willingness to work a six‑day week.
