We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for our Infrastructure division. The position is based in Bangalore and focuses on hiring talent for the construction sector. The role requires a proactive approach to attract qualified candidates and manage the full hiring process.

Key responsibilities

Drive the complete recruitment cycle for infrastructure and construction positions, from job posting to offer acceptance.

Required profile

Prior experience recruiting within the construction sector.
Willingness to work a six‑day week.
