Learning Officer

About the role

The Learning Officer supports employee growth and professional development by identifying training needs, coordinating and delivering learning programs, and monitoring their impact. Working closely with department leaders, the role ensures skill enhancement, performance improvement, and compliance with mandatory training requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training needs and develop learning plans.
• Coordinate and facilitate training programs for employees.
• Maintain training records and monitor the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with department leaders to enhance skills and ensure compliance with mandatory training.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and support talent development and succession planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, learning & development or HR.
• Strong knowledge of learning principles and training methodologies.

Required skills

• Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication abilities.
• Ability to design, coordinate and deliver engaging training programs.
