About the role
We are seeking an HR Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment across the organization, ensuring timely hiring for a variety of positions. The role involves sourcing candidates, managing the interview process, and handling offer and onboarding activities.
Key responsibilities
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephone interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, offer negotiations and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate databases and reporting.
- Support recruitment drives and bulk hiring initiatives.
- Ensure all positions are closed within the required timelines.
Required profile
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Target-oriented with the capacity to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
