HR Manager

About the role

Lahara Group is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources operations for its Chennai office. This full‑time, on‑site position will partner with senior leadership to shape HR policies, compensation frameworks, and workforce planning in a fast‑growing blockchain and AI environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee engagement.
• Design and implement HR policies, compensation and benefits structures aligned with local labor regulations.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution and grievance handling.
• Maintain HR documentation, systems and reporting, ensuring data‑driven decision making.
• Facilitate training, development programs and promote an inclusive workplace culture.
• Analyze HR metrics and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee engagement.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance requirements and best HR practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM) are a plus.
• Prior experience as an HR Manager or senior HR generalist, preferably in technology, startup or high‑growth settings.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
