HR Generalist

About the role

Appentus Technology is looking for an HR Generalist to support its growing team of 51‑200 professionals in the technology sector. You will help shape the company culture, manage employee relations, and drive HR initiatives that align with the business vision.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, from posting openings to conducting initial screenings.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain employee records and handle payroll and benefits administration.
• Provide support for employee‑relations issues and help resolve workplace conflicts.
• Organise training and development programmes to enhance skills and career growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR, preferably within the technology sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Solid understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR software platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
