HR Executive

About the role

Fx Retina is seeking an organized and proactive HR Executive to support recruitment, employee administration, and basic finance tasks. The role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience who are eager to develop a comprehensive HR skill set.

Key responsibilities

• Gather hiring requirements, create and publish job ads, and source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and other portals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with managers and founders.
• Maintain the talent pipeline, manage offer letters, onboarding, and employee records.
• Handle attendance, leave, and exit formalities, and support internal communications and HR activities.
• Maintain basic payroll records, process monthly attendance, and track employee advances, deductions, and reimbursements.
• Record company expenses, vendor payments, and assist with simple financial reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Commerce or related field (freshers welcome).
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to keep confidential information secure.
• Proactive attitude with willingness to take ownership and learn new tools.
