About the role

We are seeking an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in Madhapur. The role focuses on sourcing and placing qualified healthcare professionals for US‑based clients, working night shifts aligned with US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for US job requirements, including RNs, LPN/LVN, CNA, Medical Assistants, Allied Health, Therapists, and other roles.
• Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals and other channels to identify candidates.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and verify licenses, certifications, and other credentials.
• Present qualified candidates to clients, coordinate interview processes and maintain regular communication throughout.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/VMS systems and achieve daily, weekly and monthly submission and placement targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience in US healthcare recruiting or staffing.
• Strong knowledge of US healthcare recruitment practices and licensing requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven sourcing, screening and candidate engagement abilities.
• Ability to work independently, meet recruitment targets and operate during US business hours.
