US Recruiter – Hybrid Night Shift (Noida)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and result‑oriented US Recruiter with a minimum of 6 months of experience in US Staffing. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, qualifying, and coordinating candidates for US‑based job requirements while working closely with hiring teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for US‑based requirements.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, and client requirements.
• Understand and work on Direct Client / Direct Line requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate rates/salary and manage candidate submissions as per client requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Meet daily and weekly sourcing, submission, and placement targets.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Work collaboratively with Account Managers, Delivery Teams, and other recruitment teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 6+ months of hands‑on US Staffing experience.
• Good understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle and hiring process.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Experience working with US job portals and recruiting platforms.
• Good understanding of different employment types such as W2, C2C, and 1099 (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a target‑driven environment.
• Good negotiation, follow‑up, and relationship‑management skills.
• Willingness to work in the US Night Shift.
