About the role
Join our team as an Associate Recruiter focused on US non‑IT talent. You will work in Hyderabad, managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for US non‑IT positions, from sourcing to offer.
- Strategically source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and Boolean search techniques.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 + years of experience in US non‑IT recruitment.
- Proven track record of meeting hiring goals and KPIs.
