Housekeeping Team Leader

About the role

Join Hilton’s hotel team as a Housekeeping Team Leader and ensure every public area shines with the brand’s signature hospitality. You will oversee cleanliness, guide staff, and create memorable experiences for guests through impeccable standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and schedule housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to verify compliance with hotel standards.
• Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Address guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
• Train new team members and support ongoing skill development.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records, performance metrics and submit reports to the Executive Housekeeper.

Required profile

• Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality management.
• Strong team management and leadership abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
