Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

As a Housekeeping Attendant at Hyatt Place Goa Candolim, you will play a key part in delivering a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment for guests. You will be expected to maintain high standards of cleanliness and provide courteous, professional service throughout the property.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces.
• Ensure all rooms are prepared according to hotel standards before guest arrival.
• Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and report any shortages.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and service inquiries with a courteous attitude.
• Adhere to health, safety and hygiene protocols at all times.

Required profile

• Relevant diploma or professional certification in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• At least one year of experience in hotel operations or housekeeping.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
