About the role

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards, including deep cleaning and soft furnishing care.
• Maintain cleanliness of pantries, corridors, and public areas, ensuring they are free of debris.
• Control and manage housekeeping supplies and equipment, keeping them in good condition.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries about hotel facilities and special requests.
• Follow all housekeeping policies, safety procedures, and key control protocols.
• Report to work on time, dressed in uniform, and uphold a professional appearance.
